Alabama Fire College is one of the nation's leading education, training, and certification programs for emergency responders. With a modern and intuitive redesign, the site reaches its target audience by condensing complex resources and external links into a singular user interface.
Partnering with Wyclef Jean, Pusha T, Lola Brooke, Capella Grey and Flau’jae, we dropped “Paper Right.” A song that not only brought attention to the Black Retirement Gap, but also became a literal solution to help close it — with 100% of streaming sales supporting First Generation Investors (FGI), a nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved high school students with investing literacy.
This inspired a 360 campaign that drove listens — and therefore donations — while showcasing the meaning behind the music.
Bolstering the song’s ability to close the gap, TIAA partnered with Amazon to develop a first-of-its-kind program on Amazon Music — where every stream of the song generated an additional $1 donation to FGI.
